Russian-made switch trucker vest. The button design and stitching seem to be influenced by American urban wear from the 90s and 00s, but when you hear it's made in Russia, it has a solid feel that is unique to the country.
The shiny twill fabric on the yoke and collar creates a nice contrast with the black, which is nice. By the way, this is the same fabric with the inside facing reversed.
The size is large, so it's great for those who wear it to fit snugly, but I also think it would be good to wear it large to add definition to your styling silhouette.
