A military rain jacket, originally designed as a set with matching pants. It's made from water-repellent nylon fabric with a distinctive camouflage pattern. It looks a bit like the paint splatters from Splatoon.
The plain surface, characteristic of water-repellent fabric, creates a nice contrast in styling. The zipper on this particular piece, which appears to have been replaced, is a lime green color, and it really stands out.
It's also packable; you can fold it into the pocket on the right side. It also functions as a pocket wear item.
